So by a show of aye's...how many people thought there was an underlying message of "anti-status quo" in the movie. I surely felt like Lucas took several jabs...not to mention I felt like the story-line as a whole was a reminder of the shitstorm we find ourselves in today.

6. I'm glad I'm not the only one...

I have to say...I haven't found myself that politically angry since the Republican Convention this last year.

When I left that movie...I was just so pissed about our present day situation. Me and my buddies started talking about the connections within the film...and within a half hour...we were all pissed.

I've been registered for almost a year. But I mostly lurk (I hate that word) cause I like to read all of the insightful stuff. I just don't post that often.

This makes me sound thin-skinned...but when I first joined...I asked a stupid question and was promptly flamed. I wanted to know more about Delay...because I was still kind of new to in depth politics...not new to politics...but I was like many Democrats before "Palpantine" took over the US...I knew which side of the fence I was on...but didn't know what that meant. Yelling "NOOOOOOOOOOOO" like in 800 million other movies does nothing but show a lack of creativity on the part of the writer. Same with, "Oh, God, what have I done?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!"
