I was trying to figure out where I knew him from, and I got a Tshirt after dragging about 300lbs of aggressive horny female about 20 yards. I got the shirt and gave her one, too. Then I was so ashamed of myself for diving in the middle of that mess at a PEACE rally of all things!! Hope they didn't catch that on CSPAN!!! Bring Home the Troops! Gimme that @#$%^ Shirt, bitch!! hahaha! I thought Viggo was in a rock group...Duh!!

he is NO plastic, pampered man, he is the real deal -- a man of integrity and principle, incredibly talented in many artistic disciplines, outspoken in his oppostion to Bush and his actions.

Okay. That's your call, though I disagree. You think he's too deep with his comments about art, okay, though I also disagree.
But plastic and pampered?! That ain't fair. He criticizes only when he has an informed opinion, and we should all do the same. I'm not in the habit of defending celebrities, but it's clear you know ZILCH about this man, so allow me to enlighten you a little. Anybody who has ever meant him can feel how genuine he is. There's zero bs--he practically refuses to talk about himself and instead asks all sort of questions about you, to make you feel special. He stays till all hours of the night at art shows to sign autographs, with no water or bathroom breaks. I've seen him help get wheelchairs up steps so that his handicapped fans can also enjoy the art. Until it got so overwhelming in 2002 that he politely asked fans to stop writing, as he didn't feel it was fair to them to write if he just couldn't answer all of the letters--until that point he answered EVERY SINGLE letter that he got. And trust me--plastic and pampered people would a)not be called 'no ego Viggo' by their castmates, b) wander around perpetually barefoot and c) plastic insinuates he would have had that scar repaired on his upper lip, but he hasn't, because he doesn't give a %(*^%(. His family, friends and art are his life. Appearance means nothing to him, which is why you never see him in anything 'stylish.' He wears what feels good and not what the designers make or expect him to wear.
I'll end my rant now, but really, this is one of the few Hollywood people that I truly admire and wholeheartedly RESPECT, far far beyond looks, for his candor, integrity and complete lack of a false front. And besides--anyone who stands up to the Presidential Shrub family is okay in my book. :) !
