Spanky is shorter, somewhat portly, with a sling-shot in his back pocket. A bit of a doofus, and always ready to snatch chocolates.

3. There's a difference between little freepers and adult freepers.

One is oftentimes too young to understand politics, morals and ethics, and what they've been taught is lacking in the latter two. They can grow up, educate themselves, change. The other shows most of the signs of getting repeatedly kicked in the head by a donkey. The one thing both share, is the ability to grow up.

Additionally, with the first, the hate is learned. The second, it's believed and embraced.
