1. Dont' feel bad. I can't sleep, either.
Have more nights then care to admit lately. There's too much going on that's troublesome. Here's wishing you well, breathing-wise.

:hi:

2. Thanks
I'm breathing fine now, but had to do four breathing treatments today. I might be up for a week. I go to the doc on Thursday for results on my pulmonary function test...Been off work for a month now, including a week in the hospital, three of those days in IMCU.

3. I remember when I had my nose surgery
the first week after the surgery I had to breath through my mouth and when I tried to sleep I would go to sleep for some minutes and then wake up again because my airtube would close down when I swallowed. It was hell.

(it was no body-work, it was medically because my breathing was bad)

4. I don't know what I'd do if I could consistently breathe out of my nose
Seems like I'm always stopped up. The other deal is asthma, which is giving me pure hell this year. I was diagnosed two years ago...never had it this bad.
