If an action is illegal for a citizen should it not also be illegal for the government?Capital punishment is a taking of a life.Yet it is legal for the government to do so.
The state lottery is a numbers racket but its illegal for citizens to run them.The examples are endless.
If we are of the people then how can actions be illegal for the citizen and not the government.
