2. I've always wanted to go steelhead fishing
My dad talked quite a lot about it when I was younger. It never happened though.

I've always been keen on going dynamite fishing in Indonesia, but I haven't had the time. :sarcasm:

My Saturday lunch during the summer months (when I can)...

Brook Trout stuffed with Sage, Parsley, Old Bays and Olive Oil.

Wrapped in foil on the grill.

With a Stroh's and some bread.

I've had it fresh-caught often enough to know it can hold it's own against salmon.
