3. I have to say, I really enjoy this album.
Garth Brooks is probably the one "modern country" artist I actually enjoy, and I thought this album was sadly underpromoted and underplayed.

4. I really admire the chance he took in trying this out.
It didn't work so well for him, but it was a great effort. It showed a lot of ingenuity in a time of complete pap in country (and popular) music.

It was a cool marketing trick. A lot of people don't realize when he was playing bars in Stillwater, OK when he was an OSU student, he was doing KISS, and Aerosmith and shit.
