Visit Arkansas and Tour the Holy Land!

Eureka Springs, I think they said. This is a very big deal. A whole bunch of elderly people are taking a tour bus to this placel. I kept hearing them talk about visiting the Holy Land. And I guess there is someplace full of sacred art. This tour is time right down to the minute. Sounds like a really great opportunity for all of you that have never seen the Holy Lands. I wonder if it is kind of like the wax museum - full of painted backgrounds and lifelike wax figures.

I wonder what the name of their hotel is. Holyland Hotel has a nice ring to it, don't you think?

It is the birthplace of the sainted last legally elected President of the United States.

3. Yes, it is

Northern Arkansas. It's really beautiful. It reminds me of a Swiss village with chalets built onto the sides of the Ozark mountains. The Ozarks are really old cores of a much taller range. There are hot springs and everything. It used to be the #2 honeymoon destination after Niagra Falls.

What I like best is that you have to drive through a town called Booger Hollow (Holler) to get there. :)

I've never heard of this Holy Land thing though.

4. Eureka Springs

Holds the "passion play" frequently. It's a big deal to all of the Fire and Brimstone evangelicals in the area.

Arkansas is pretty backwards in some areas. Almost all of northern Arkansas (north of Little Rock) is dry.....can't buy a beer anywhere.
