Setting up a tent in the yard tonight!
Edited on Sat Apr-23-05 02:07 AM by Hardhead
It's too nice to sleep indoors. Here at Chez Hardhead, we're sipping grog (literally: rum & water), listening to Juno Reactor and getting set to camp in the front yard like slightly civilized hillbillies. :)

1. I wouldn't want to do that where I live
It's currently 46 degrees and we're expecting rain. Have fun :toast:

3. What Juno Reactor album?
I'm listening to Labyrinth clips on amazon, and I'm liking what I'm hearing.

Any recommendations?

:) Good stuff!

God is God, Hotaka, Masters of the Universe, Labyrinth, Shango, Pistolero...I love Juno Reactor.

We're taking the dog into the tent with us to keep warm.

6. Okay, we're in the kitchen, thinking about going out to the tent...
Edited on Sat Apr-23-05 02:37 AM by Hardhead
We're sipping Franzia. Cheap red wine in a box...it's starting to sprinkle outside. We're having second thoughts about the tent. Oh, wait, we're not having second thoughts. We're firmly committed. Otay. No chickens here.

We're now debating the merits of socks. I say, take'em if you got'em. She says, she'll take them with her if she needs them.

My Significant Other says she wants her own DU ID to post with.

9. I slept like a rock last night, how 'bout you?
It was down to about 45 degrees when I woke at 7:30. My girlfriend did not sleep much at all, but she hung in there valiantly (she HAD to, she called my bluff about this whole thing and had to see it through, haha).

It's down to 37 tonight. Not quite cold enough to kill all those bugs, but many of them. You know you're getting long in the tooth when weather becomes this fascinating force in your life.
