What is 4:20 anyway? And why has Google nothing on it?

I know of 4:2:0 which is related to video capture and compression standards (capture levels for the video signal)...

Google usually revamps its site for special holidays. So why is nothing showing up either?

1. I always thought...

420 was a police code for a marijuana bust. So, when it's 4:20, it was time to spark up a joint. Correct me if I'm wrong, anyone...
