Four Presidents and a Funeral

Itamar Franco, Lula, Fernando Henrique Cardoso, and José Sarney in Rome.

Like the US, there was a glaring absence of an uninvited former President. Unlike the US, the reason is that he was impeached for corruption and is nearly universally despised.
