Head's up; New Windows Update for IE 6 is out

This usually happens just before the next huge virus comes along to take advantage of the hole they're plugging. Pull down Tools menu and choose Windows Update, of course. Ad-Aware has put out a couple of updates lately as well. Bad stuff going on, apparently.

half the household uses IE around here and I like Mozilla

Hey, how do I empty cache when I use Mozilla? When I turn off 'puter I go to "internet options" (we have Windows 98 as operating system) and clear the temp files. Does that do it for Mozilla too or do I need to do something else?

2. Already got the "Sorry, your browser is ANCIENT!" crap from my FCU...

They want me to upgrade to IE 6 or Nutscrape 7.0 in order to do my on-line banking.
Won't even recognize Opera...

And it'll take an hour to download the update at 50 Kb....
