What's the ugliest or goofiest-looking vehicle in your neighborhood?

In my neighborhood, it's driven by a young man through whom we got our Daddy the Cat (different story).

It is a full-size pickup, make unknown. It has those wheels that allow for maybe an inch of rubber between the rim and the road. They are shiny chrome, of course. The bottom of the truck is maybe four inches off the ground.

Its paint job: The base is black. Imagine the kid drove it through a gauntlet of paint brushes, each saturated with a different color. Stripes of yellows, blues, greens, purples, reds, going off in all directions.

Obviously the kid is thrilled with his truck. I just think it is hideous and goofy-looking.

What's the silliest, most hideous, goofiest, or ugliest car in your neighborhood?

10. I see that guy in Washington, DC, all the time!!!

I knew he was from CA 'cause of the license plate but thought he moved and never bothered to re-register the vehicle. I wonder how many times he drives that thing across the country to cause a blight among the monuments.
