Gay marriage question,

If a man and woman get married and one gets a sex change but they still want to be married is it legitimate.If yes,then say a guy gets a sex change and wants to marry a woman can they?I was just wondering?

1. It would be okay in Massachusetts but I don't know about

other states.

There was a case along these lines in Texas a few years ago. A woman, who used to be a man, was able to get married to another woman because Texas didn't recognize the change.
