I'm watching the Royal Wedding. Nice to relax and see something on a
little lighter side than all the things that have been going on lately.

Looks kinda odd to see all the royals getting off a "bus."

Understand Camilla will be Duchess of Cornwall.

of death watches and sadness.

Yes, she's the 2nd most powerful woman in Britain now, so sez CNN.

34. Does C.N.N. know anything?
Silly question I know. But she is way way way down the list.

The Queen is a very influential woman, mainly because she has such great experience of the top of government (remember that she spoke with Winston Churchill who was her first Prime Minister).

Then there are people like the Education Secretary, the Trade and Industry Secretary; not forgetting Cherie Booth, Q.C., the P.M.'s wife.

There are two witnesses who sign the marriage register, and it was reported (before then event) that these were to be Prince William and Tom Parker Bowles.

face it, we'll get the same blanket coverage if Jenna or Barbara Bush were to get married. Same obsession about the wedding dress, the reception, the guest list, etc.

21. Well, we didn't watch it,
(these people make me want to puke) but it is a fact that this wedding shouldn't have taken place, being constitutionally against the law (even though our government sidestepped the issue), so I'd like to think that they were pointing this out. What folks in the US may not realise is that few people here actually like this arrogant clown, despite the hopeless cases who actually went to Windsor to watch it that you see on TV.

And I was happy to hear that protestors were present to voice their lack of support to the marriage of Prince Overbred Eurotrash to Mrs. Rottweiler.

she thought she was getting into wasn't. She looked for a moment like she had been pole axed in the face. She looks sick with nervousness and the realization that nothing ever in her mind was as big and huge as this is going to be. She fumbled for his hand and he turned the pages in her book so she could keep up. It sort of made me sick a moment, the sadness of it. I just felt sad at that moment and I don't cut either of them slack in real time. Odd moment, sad. During the singing her hands were shaking visibly. What a scary thing.

William is going bald. Has his family curse.

looking at Charles' hair right now William's bald spot seems to be in the same area as Charles. so i guess that's one thing he got from his dad.

44. I wonder if by dubbing Camilla Dutchess of Cornwall the Queen
may be having a subtle little royal joke on her. Cornwall is the end of England. "Camilla, Queen? No darling, she'll be the end of England!" Are the Windsors sophisticated enough to make a joke like that?
