WOOHOO!!! Asshole neighbour guy is moving out!!

I'm not sure why, or when this decision was reached, but I just received the minutes from the Owners' Association meeting (the one I called and forgot to attend!!), and one of the notes says that fuckhead and spouse are moving out and putting their place on the market in "the next couple of months".

So I'll have to find someone else to punch in the eye. Maybe HEyHEY.

About a month ago, a piece of my mail ended up in one of the other residents' mailboxes. I don't know who's (well, I think I do). So the mystery party opened the envelope, looked inside, and then just left the opened enevlope and contents (it was a payroll cheque) stuffed in my door-jamb. No scribbled "sorry i opened your mail by mistake" not or anything...

I forgot about that until just now.
