In Mason City, Iowa, there is a Girl Scout office where you can buy the cookies any time. I expect any decent sized city to have such an office, although, ironically enough, there is not one in Leavenworth. Which apparently means Leavenworth is not a decent sized city, but merely a suburb of KCK.
