Spaghetti and peanut butter.
I know it sounds gross, just try it, you will be pleasantly surprised. Thin spaghetti, a little bit of peanut butter, a little curry, scallions, a little ginger. There you have it, instant Thai dinner right from the cupboard.

2. Sounds good.
Just add some veggies and chicken and you got Pad Thai.

5. I just knew this was going to be a Thai dish
Doesn't sound gross at all.

Do you cook the pasta separately and then stir in the rest? I need details as I'm not that great of a cook. :)

8. Yes separately
Then I just kind of saute it all in a pan. Helps if you use a better kind of peanut butter, I don't like peanut butters that are too sugary.

which is very much replacable with spaghetti and peanut butter and a few other spices (as you used).

I make them every now and again, in one of many variations.

10. Cooking up the peanut butter in some broth with soy sauce is my method
But then I usually add grilled chicken and sauted veggies--good stuff though.
