1. Did you ever see him in concert?

I wish I had been able to. A friend of mine saw him play in France one summer.

Once, as the opening act for the Moody Blues. Talk about a mismatch. We left after 3 songs of the Moody's set...and we were all fans.

It was EXCELLENT!

I feel so lucky to have gotten to see Stevie perform in Austin. There was no better place in the world to experience his music. We loved him and he knew it. :)

6. Have you ever listend to Los Lonely Boys?

Texas Flood was the inspiration for the their sound. They were given an unmarked tape of SRV - first song was Texas Flood and they instantly fell in love. They had never heard of him before. Like 'em or love 'em, the guitar player can play a mean SRV'esqe guitar.
