Are there any good Republican musicians?

I can't think of any. They seem to write most of the uninspired drivel that has passed for music over the years.

After all, he's a HUGE Frank Zappa freak. I've found that Frank fans are generally social liberals. (Frank himself was fiscal conservative, social liberal.)

Johnny Ramone's conservatism never bothered me. Probably because he didn't write the lyrics.

As a solo artist and also "Journey to the Center of the Mind" with Amboy Dukes. He could play some smokin' stuff. But he is such a hypocritical chicken hawk piece of shit. Self-righteous to the extreme. Sammy Hagar, only when he was in Montrose rocked, but then he crashed and burned after that and essentially took any band he was in with him.
