you need a tarp, a hacksaw, a sharp knife, pliers (or a sledgehammer), about a gallon of hydrochloric acid, and a shovel.

Take the body, put it in a bathtub (less messy this way), cut off the hands, and pull the teeth with the pliers. If that proves too difficult, just use the sledgehammer to smash the teeth and jaw. Now you've made the body VERY difficult to identify, save by DNA analysis.

Next, disfigure the face with the acid, and once it's melted down to bone, pour oil on it to neutralise the acid. Then, wrap the body in the tarp and find a suitable burial or disposal spot.

You can learn that stuff just by watching the Discovery Channel.
I would suggest burning the body, but make sure you retrieve any large bone fragments that could later be used for identification. Toss each large fragment into a different body of water. But I agree with all the steps leading up to disposal of said body.
