Are the crackers free of trans fats?

It's amazing what's lurking in the foods we think are good for us.

In any case, MUCH better choice than a cheeseburger.

6. The Costco around here carries this brand


It's quite tasty. Before that, I tried the Smuckers All-natural at the supermarket. :puke:

I think the difference is the freshness of the nuts and how they are ground.

Peanut butter is an excellent choice for eating right.

I have gotten in arguments with students about peanut butter being healthy. Many of them still don't understand there are different kinds of fat, and just because a food has some fat doesn't mean it's bad for you.

I mean, if you eat too much broccoli you could get sick, I reckon.
