A scene at the end...? Hm.. That's pretty vague... I'll give it a shot.
SPOILERS AHEAD SPOILERS AHEAD SPOILERS AHEAD
Jack is finally captured after the Black Pearl incident. His crew has escaped to parts unknown on the Black Pearl. He is about to be hanged for piracy, but Will goes to his rescue. In feats of derring-do, they end up eventually getting cornered, but Elizabeth steps in and vouches for them, and her father makes the soldiers lower their arms. On the horizon, the soldiers sight a ship, and it's none other than the Black Pearl. Jack's crew arrives and helps Jack escape once again. Will convinces the colonel to give the Black Pearl a head start, citing that sometimes piracy for the right reasons can be less of a crime.
The move closes with Jack aboard the Black Pearl. He assumes command once more, and they do a whole 'yo-ho yo-ho a pirate's life for me' reference again.
And I'm assuming that Jack Sparrow and his crew, not the haunted crew in the movie, are the actual pirates seen in the ride.
