1. Hmm
It is certainly in my top ten, possibly top five. I've never actually compiled such a list, though. It would be up there.

I do love me some Dylan.

5. It's all good-like Blonde on Blonde.
Dylan influenced The Beatles and made them better musicians!

John Wesley Harding
Was a friend to the poor,
He trav'led with a gun in ev'ry hand.
All along this countryside,
He opened a many a door,
But he was never known
To hurt a honest man.

Me I've been through all of F. Scott Fitzgerarld' books..

11. LilKim, are you a Scientologist?
Just curious, did they try to recruit you or something-I saw your thread on them.

Come back when Ballad of a Thin Man is over...

Can't wait until Desolation Row comes up...

That should be interesting....

14. yes i received your letter yesterday
(About the time the door knob broke)
When you asked how I was doing
Was that some kind of joke?
All these people that you mention
Yes, I know them, they're quite lame
I had to rearrange their faces
And give them all another name
Right now I can't read too good
Don't send me no more letters no
Not unless you mail them
From Desolation Row

That may be my favorite song ever. Or else It's Alright, Ma.

Edited on Fri Mar-11-05 10:52 PM by bobthedrummer
I mean Hendrix if we have to get off Dylan-topic.
:hi:
on edit:Hendrix didn't do too many cover songs but he covered Dylan.

20. That's a good one, too..
I'd get into a GD-style flame war by saying Eddie Hazel was a better guitar player then Hendrix, but the ny-quil I've just guzzled has me a little high right now!

We're cool on holding fire in this thread, and I smoked a bowl an hour ago.
