Has anyone else seen this? I saw it advertised in National Geographic Adventure. It seems a tad - what's the word? Useful, but not really needed. But I ordered one anyway, it seems like a nice way to always have some exercises on hand.

I have never heard of this; but since you included a link I went and looked. :)

It has a certain allure; a lot of different exercises that can easily be mixed and matched in a variety of ways; or randomized. It seems like it would keep a person from getting into an exercise routine rut, which is often a killer to fitness maintenance. I think the nifty part is that it's smaller and more convenient than carrying around a big book of exercises - handy.
