Frosty paws ice cream for dogs!
Our dogs love them. They come in two flavors plain and peanut butter.

1. My dog loves them!
I never saw the peanut butter ones though. I do wonder if dogs get the brain freeze cold headache from eating it too fast?

3. Isn't that Ned Flanders' favorite flavor too? Plain?

Or was that Wintergreen?

I feed my dogs little licks of real ice cream. It doesn't alter their poop at all. They're bonkers for it.

I also just found out that they LOVE carrots. I'm a bit worried about choking though.

They are very healthy too...

RE: Regular icecream. Not sure the dairy and sugar is good for dogs.
FrostyPaws:
A frozen non-dairy treat for dogs. Frosty Paws is fortified with protein, vitamins and minerals and much better for dogs than icecream which can upset their stomachs. It contains no added sodium, sugar, artificial flavors or artificial colors.

Here is a recipe for HOMEMADE FROSTY PAWS
You can use non-dairy yogurt

Frosty Paws is a commercially-made "ice cream" for dogs. I never met a dog that didn't like it. This is a homemade version which I got off the Web. This recipe uses totally different ingredients, but like its commercial counterpart, I never met a dog that didn't like it. This recipe will make about 18 Frosty Paws.
1 quart vanilla yogurt
1 medium banana
2 T peanut butter (I use natural style)
2 T honey Puree the banana in a food processor (a blender would probably work fine). Add the peanut butter and honey and continue processing until smooth. Add yogurt and process just long enough to blend all ingredients together. Place 18 small paper cups (bathroom size) in a baking pan (one 9x13 or two 8x8 work well). Fill paper cups to about 2/3's full. An ice cream scoop or a measuring cup makes the job easier. Freeze until solid. I transfer the frozen treats to zip-lock bags for storing in the freezer.

7. Our dog loves these things!
He recognizes them when we pull them out of the freezer and gets very excited. We haven't tried the peanut butter ones yet. He loves the plain ones, though.
