5. yeah I felt the same
as it totally exposes their persistant pattern of diabolically and somewhat masterfully, employing the usage of entirely "disingenuous nomenclature" for everything.

But the level of deceipt and the fact that so many are unknowingly duped by it does sadden me tremendously.

I do have faith though, that this deception cannot continue indefinitely.

Thank goodness for the intrepid efforts of the bloggers.

They may just be our only hope at this point

6. Yup
This is part of Repuke "message discipline." The great achievement of Newt Gingrich was to instruct all Repuke candidates to adopt the same set of hot buttons, weasel words, and lies. They hold workshops on it, where people like Gingrich and Frank Luntz and their acolytes teach the drill to wannabe candidates and pundits. And that's why they all sound like the Borg.

Republicans: putting the "ass" in "assimilated" since 1994.

7. "Republicans: putting the "ass" in "assimilated" since 1994"
too funny . . .or perhaps even longer.

My kid was 8 and it was very early on in *'s first term. His father was dropping him and his father started babbling on about his BS RW politics and I said to my son, "I'm going up stairs. I can't listen to this." My kid whispered back , "Oh mommy don't listen to him. He's just like *. He just makes stuff up and keeps repeating it over and over again until people start believing him."

Made this mommy very proud.
