3. Try Atmosphere and Sage Francis they're from Minnesota

I forget what their rhyme collective is called, but its really diverse in its ethnic composition and there's this awesome Minnesota vibe to it it just FEELS like walking through a cold winter day in a Western city. Slug is biracial and Sage Francis is white, not that it should matter.

Why do you care about the race of the performers? I mean, if it is good, it is good. Is white or non-white really relevant?
