I am one of the lucky ones. I take the pill and have no cramps whatsoever. Even before I started to take the pill the cramps were bearable. One Asperin and the pain was gone.

and fibroids run through the family. I have days that I consider death over the pain I'm in. Sometimes it's so heavy, that I'm wearing super-sized tampax and a pad, and with-in an hour I've busted through both. Though usually that lasts for one day and then it's over. :(
