Goat milk from an organic dairy farm near me.

I used to love Silk until they upped the sugar content in it (the plain stuff). Now it's way too sweet for me. Their chocolate milk is still delicious, however.

My son is allergic to milk and soy. He has grown up without either and is 6' 1" at age 16. I don't think people need milk after age 2.

13. We have soy allergies at my house
So we just buy regular milk.

Of the "alternative" milks, I like almond milk the best.
