My 'heart attack' can beat up your 'Coronary Event'!

My SO is a vegetarian, so I cook for myself.

2 nights ago, I pan-fried a pound of bacon for supper, and I saved the drippings.

Last night, I fried up a pound of hamburger in the bacon-fat and made a HUGE greasy cheese-burger hero...and saved the drippings.

Just now, I fried a pound of ground Turkey in the bacon/burger fat, and _DAMN_ is it tasty!

Needed alot of SALT, tho....
