We got humor, Stem cell research debate, and that special something that made earlier west wing eps so good.

3. lol, yup!
i'm glad they (the writers) didn't take that too seriously. It was perfect the way it was handled.

4. Great stories. Great politics.
Great dialogue. Yeah, this was one of the best in awhile, IMO.

6. started slow, but the "behind the scenes" of politics is the soul of WW
and by mid way it was cruising.

the directing is again staging more physical motion and is getting back to very rapid cuts from story line to story line that projects rushing thru the day and adds urgency to the plot.

dialogue is snappy again too.

when they get away from what they are doing as government employees and players in a political environment the show stagnates.

toby directed this evenings show.

7. I definitely think Toby had something to do with that
being that he knows what the show used to be like and what made it so loved and so brought it back to that time.
