2. i have no idea...
i assume you saw it at the oscars...which i didn't watch

but i can tell you that head tattoos are among the most painful places to get inked

others include the hips/stomach region, feet, elbow, and inner bicep

9. On the hip isn't that bad, but the elbows and toes are the worst.
In fact, I've heard some tattoo places won't even do the toes.

12. I vote for that soft soft skin on the arm's underside.
Elbows? They make your teeth rattle.

14. I was kidding about the "wierdo" thing.
I have quite a few tats, some in odd places. I actually like his face tat but I understand tats ,especially tats in unusual places, aren't for most people.

17. when I started work at a hospital
one of the first questions they asked me at the health screening was if I had tats. Apparently a lot more people get hepatitis from them than is generally realized. Since then I've been freaked out by them.

Bourgeois health concerns not withstanding, a tat on the face is quite a statement.

As an aside, when I was in Amsterdam the locals loved to tell the story of how Tyson went to a red light district coffeeshop, smoked one joint, and passed out cold. His bodyguards had to carry him out.

16. I think maori-style tattoos look pretty cool.
Beauty's in the eye of the beholder, though.
