I live in Phoenix, am I really living in Phoenix?

or am I living in Oregon? I can't remember when seeing the sun last, it is either cloudy or raining here. This is suppose to be the sunny state, but there is no sun and there is no blue sky. What is happening here? I shouldn't complain we have been in a drought for a few years now, but it is getting a little strange.

Oh well, the landscapers will have a busy season this summer.
