It's Blues night at RA's pad
Edited on Tue Feb-15-05 07:51 PM by Radical Activist
The movie Crossroads was on TV today. Kind of a corny movie with lots of old blues cliches, but I like it.

It inspired me to play old blues all night. John Lee Hooker is on now. Jimi Hendrix's blues album is up next.

5. Sometimes its fun to
savor a bad mood to good music.
But that emoticon you used the other day would surely put a smile on my face.

11. Getting silly
is a good thing, and is strongly encouraged on my threads. I meant the flasher emoticon. I can't think of anything else that would cheer me up faster. Very funny.

13. That's the one
Sorry to hear about your IRL inhibitions, but I can still appreciate this emoticon. Too funny! It reminds me of mardi gras.

14. Oh stop! Just because I don't qualify for
"Girls Gone Wild" doesn't mean I don't know how to have fun. :silly:

17. If you say so
Too bad you won't be at the Chicago DU meetup to prove it.

I'll admit that I've never exposed myself in public either, but I've never exactly had anyone ask me to. I think the standard is a little different for men.

8. Night time classes suck
Why would you focus on the teacher. Is she hot?

10. Nah, she's so nice though
This class is pretty much a blowoff that counts as my science. I'm learning how to build a website.

9. Yes, I saw him in concert
He was the first opening act for the BB King blues tour that year. He's an amazing guitar player. I picked up a free sample CD of his stuff from this really cute groupie he had passing things out. The CD wasn't as good as his show, but that's true of so many blues artists. He really impressed me in concert.
