Poll question: JackSwift, scourge of telemarketers

I just got a call from and SBC telemarketer on my home line. I answered in character of the Muppet Swedish Chef, not knowing who it was. This goes on for a minute before I am informed that the call is being recorded. I say "NO!". They insist. I mention that because I am playing Eric Clapton (album of same name) in the background that such a recording would be a violation of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act and they simply cannot do it. I then put the phone down without hanging up and let them listen for about 5 minutes.
