There is a group of artists in SF (I think) that was providing these flags for downloading. You put them on sticks and put them in dog poop.
I am having trouble accessing the site right now, but sure hope it is still around.
But in any case you can make your own "flags' and improvise.

The saying you were supposed to put on the flag is "Looks like we're going to have four more years of this shit."
