1. If you're going for old B&W movies, try It Happened One Night.

You really can't beat Airplane! or Blazing Saddles.

5. those are classics
She mighta seen them already.

A newer film that for some reason I thought hilarious was Dickie Roberts, Former Child Star, and it even has a corny ending. Might be better for a gay couple though. Spade is pretty out of the closet or at least his character is for this one. Absolutely hilarious though in my book.

that is always a great date movie!

If you're having dinner with that movie, hot dogs would be most appropriate.

17. We rented Napolen Dynamite today - it was pretty good.
Then, we watched the widescreen DVD of To Catch A Thief. That was great.

18. Flowers, candy and hearts
Well since tomorrow is V-day why not:

When Harry Met Sally

-or-

Shaun of the Dead

There's a love interest in there. (More than one actually)

But I would also suggest Amelie as did LPFF in her post above. Great visual movie that is very heartwarming.

:)

or for a drama Maria Full of Grace was really, really good, also. Subtitles, but after a while you get used to them.
