1. Not dirty, sleazy....a bit thuggish, perhaps...
Ya know, kinda like the name of the guy on the corner who says "Pssst! Wanna buy a watch?" and then pushes up his sleeve to display five or ten of them...

"Yo, wanna buy a TV? It fell off the truck, heh, heh...go see my pal Al Jazeera, he'll hook ya up!"

As in the Arabian peninsula. But I'm too tired to actually check. Or lazy. OK, both.
