4. I'm serious
Those elements are the kinds of things that we can't get rid of, altogether. But there can only be so many parts per million, by law.

I couldn't find the answer on the web.

5. Have you ever considered making your own baby food?
You know..sans the rat hairs and insect legs I mean? You can you know...a good food processor and fresh veggies and some vitamines...and viola...fresh baby food...no worries! I agree. I was NEVER aware of this when I fed my baby..I am glad we know about this now. Or do we?

6. See the FDA at...
http://www.fda.gov/

and search there-- I did a quick search for "insect parts" and got 360+ hits

You could also try the Department of Agriculture:

http://www.usda.gov/wps/portal/usdahome

And, I came across this while looking:

http://www.earthfirstjournal.org/efj/feature.cfm?ID=115&issue=v22n2

(Not an answer to your question, but "interesting")
