It's HALLOWEEN DECORATION TIME! On the advice of the good

DUers, I was PATIENT.

But this weekend, I start festooning the front porch (pillars, tongue and groove barrel ceiling, craftsman style) with GIANT SPIDER WEBS. I found a nice variety of HUGE creepy spiders and thousands of little itty baby ones.. as well as a nice big rat and some real good looking bats.

I've also got a real nice looking black cat and some big ravens for the scene as well!

THEN I'm doing two graves with tombstones and mounded dirt and in the yard.

2. white box dwelling (apartment life)

for the first time in a zillion years, i'm in an apartment until i buy a new house. decorating in the hallway is not allowed, so i wrapped black ribbon around my door and attached decoratons to the ribbon. so far, no complaints from management. perhaps the fact that we are friendly to the maintenance workers has something to do with it. i don't know. anyway, door decor is viable for us white box dwellers.

i bought some of theose great ravens at michael's craft store! they really look real! also, i bought orange lights at the dollar store instead of spending $10 at michael's. check the dollar store before you go anywhere else.
