Need help making up job title
I need to give an employee a new job title. I want to give them a promotion to something along the lines of Retail Sales Manager, but I'm not positive of how well they will perform that job.
Sooo.... I want to generate a similar job title but one that would allow a higher rank to be instituted without demoting this person if necessary.

Make sense? Any ideas?

3. Designate a shift to them and then call them "Day Supervisor"...
or "Swing Supervisor". Then if you need to demote them you just take them off of that shift and put them on an easier shift.
