Tuna Fish?
With all the reports of mercury in Albacore Tuna I have dramatically decreased my intake. I was a three can a week kind of gal. I'm really missing the canned fish. I tried the chunk light because it's suppose to be somewhat less dangerous but it's just not the same.

Who here has cut back on their tuna consumption. Have you found any good replacements for that tuna on toast craving.

Sounds pretty nasty to me, but maybe one of the other veggies around here knows if the stuff actually tastes any good.

tuna was my mainstay and cutting down has been difficult because I have not found a good substitute.
I imagine my mercury levels are right up there too.

Have you tried the Natural Value chunk light? They sell it at natural food type stores and it is just about like the Albacore. I don't know the mercury content of it though.
