Cracked layers and runny frosting. My mother has always had this bad habit of making last minute substitutions in recipes. Tonight I added baker's chocolate to the icing mix forgetting that you need more powdered sugar when you do that. I added all the powdered sugar I had and beat it to death but it never fluffed up. I gave up and poured it over the cake and flowed over the plate and down on the stove. Tastes good, looks like hell! If I had a camera I'd send you all a picture.
