2. I found out I have deep pockets (not the$$ kind!) and had them "trimmed"

(a term I was told by my dentist and found incredibly absurd-as if this was not going to be any worse than a haircut). They cut away excess gum tissue for 4 hours. My mouth has more stitches than a Spalding baseball. The Novacaine will soon be wearing off.
