Driver in grisly suicide
A suicidal New Jersey man set a new standard for self-inflicted brutality when he decapitated himself by driving away from a light post with a rope tied around his neck.
Wolfgang Persieck, 50, of Union Beach, died when the rope, which he had attached to the post, jerked his head off as he stepped on the gas Saturday night.

His body was found inside the car, along with several suicide notes, behind the Hazlet Multiplex movie theater, Monmouth County Prosecutor John Kaye said.

Two teenagers found the car as they walked through an isolated area behind the theater on Route 35.

1. Those
kids will never be the same again.

How does one think of something like that, then carry it out.

4. Those poor kids
Last year someone I knew killed himself. He decided not to do it at home, so that his loved ones wouldnt find him. Instead he did it at a park. before he pulled the trigger he called the police and told them he was going to do it & where they could find him so that no children found him. They said when they pulled up & he saw them he pulled the trigger.

I just don't understand suicide. Never have, never will.

I get being depressed & frustrated & just DONE. But I could never do it

5. Several years ago a driver tried to commit suicide
there was a guy who travelled down the main side street by our house, he was going over 100 miles an hour down a two way busy street during rush hour, slammed into a concrete wall, smashed his car, tore down three light posts, pulled the wires out of our fuse box and other neighbors, this happened in the middle of the hot Phoenix summer months. He received a broken leg. The city charged him for the light posts, but we went without electricity for three days. Luckily at that time my ex worked at a nearby fancy hotel as a bookkeeper who gave us a room for two days. The third day and night were unbearable, We slept outside at night and had several fans in the house. The worst part -- I was seven months pregnant. The area was a mess with all the wires down. What a mess, the city had to replace all the wiring and a new fuse box to our house. I bet the city creamed him.

6. some kids were riding a show machine like crazy along the road
one summer here and there guy wires on the light poles were hard to see. It decapitated the driver and threw the other one off. It was a horrible
thing for the people to deal with. I feel for all involved, including the poor demented man here.
