Just remember JCHILD, when the urge hits. I've broken quits many times before after just a few days, because I thought a cig sounded really good. I'd break down and buy a pack, and was ALWAYS, ALWAYS disappointed that it didn't really taste that good or give me the satisfaction I wanted. All it did was make me disappointed with myself for losing my quit, and made me want to smoke another.

The urge will disappear no matter whether you smoke or not. If you smoke, the urges will never go away. If you quit, they will eventually go away altogether.
