37. I've talked to two people who really care about this issue

I don't care too much about it, but I do think it should be kept peaceful.

One was a 60 some year old socialist from London, the other a history prof in the US, and both said the same thing. Unionists would win because although a majority of Catholics would vote for becoming part of Ireland, the Protestants would vote against it because they don't see themselves as Irish and that a sizable group of Catholics would also vote against it because they would see it as being to their advantage (for instance Ireland has tougher abortion laws, and so on)
