Wow, Encarta Dictionary had ALL the definitions of the word "pork."

pork (pawrk)
1. food hog meat: the flesh of a hog eaten as food, usually cooked fresh.
Cured hog flesh is usually referred to as bacon or ham.
(often used before a noun)
2. politics political handouts: government money and jobs awarded by politicians to their supporters or constituents to win their favor, especially when awarded wastefully (informal)

offensive term: an offensive term meaning to have sexual intercourse with somebody (slang)

(13th century. Via Old French from Latin porcus pig (source of English porcupine and porcelain). Ultimately from an Indo-European word meaning pig, which is also the ancestor of English farrow.)
