21. You've gotta do it! Its worth it.
Think of the money you'll save, the years added on to your life, and the fact that your not supporting the fat cats in "Big Tobacco".

7. WHAT have you done to overcome that "empty hand" issue
that seems to be the hardest thing for me to get past. It is not the actual "smoking" I have trouble dumping, it is all the "ritual".

Suggestions? I am down to 5 a day and cannot seem to lose the "what do I do with my hands" thing.

Be nice!

27. Plastic coffee stirrers. I chew them.
My co-workers tell me that chewing the stirrers is just as filthy a habit as smoking. But then again, they are all smokers.

BTW, Healthcare workers are the most unhealthiest lot around. 90% of the nurses and CNA's I work with smoke.

10. I'm just over 9 weeks now.
You can do this! Each day I would wake up and declare war on the little buggars -- they are my enemies.

Have a look at: http://www.quitmeter.com

9 weeks, 3 days, 14 hours, 24 seconds
1,331 cigarettes not smoked

Since here in SoCal, Marlboros are $4.89 a pack, with tax x a pack a day.
